FAQ

Prefer public transportation?

Public transportation is easily accessible from the hotel. In addition, the hotel does offer a free shuttle to the metro and limited destinations.

Where can I park at the Conference?

There is plenty of SELF parking at the hotel. Parking is $16/day; however, as an added value parking will be FREE with the early bird special and $5.00 thereafter. Parking Tickets will be validated with registration.

Is there a dress code?

Business casual.

What kind of weather should I expect?

Fall in Maryland is beautiful and a little chilly. You can expect sunny days with highs in the mid to upper 70s. Don’t forget to pack a light to medium weight jacket and layers as temperatures vary from day to night.

How convenient are attractions and alternative food options?

The Bethesda Marriott is located just miles away from downtown DC and you can enjoy great restaurants, the National Mall, which houses the new Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial, as well as the Lincoln Memorial and Reflecting Pool. Plus, you can't visit D.C. without making your way to a few of the Smithsonian museums.
